  • Uses LDL (low density lipoprotein) in food, to avoid heart problem you should lower the consumption of food contain LDL and take the food with that is rich with HDL and Fiber
  • High blood pressure

  • Excessive stress
  • Excessive alcohol consumption.

  • Pain in chest: Feeling pain in your chest in left side after climbing the stairs
  • Sweating even you didn’t do hard work.

Home remedies for heart diseases

  • Drink milk with garlic, it is a simple but effective way. Put a clove of garlic in a glass of milk. Drink this warm milk before going to bed. Do this for a few days
  • If you have pain along high blood pressure should take the soup of bottle gourd. Take this in the morning and evening.
  • Mix 2 ml of juice of the Bael (Aegle marmelos) with two spoon of Ghee (purified butter), take if once daily.
  • Add a little amount of honey in 10 ml ginger extract, Lick this once a day.
  • Grind the pomegranate leaves with water and strained it, drink this strain water, it is very effective in all heart diseases
  • Eat an amla every day, since it is a rich source of Vitamin C so it is also effective in hair related diseases and cold.
  • Have 2 teaspoon of anion juice in early morning
  • Take the food rich with vitamin B & E, HDL and fiber.
